Delicious Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

This healthy ice cream recipe uses six whole-food ingredients to create a high-protein dessert with a creamy texture and sweet peanut butter flavor.


– Cottage cheese  – Dried dates – Allulose – Sugar-free maple syrup – Peanut butter

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.


Pour the mixture into a container and cover.


Freeze for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
