Easy Creamy Garlic Chicken

Tender chicken breasts are coated with a cheesy, garlicky low-carb breading and tossed with a creamy sauce full of savory flavor.

INGREDIENTS

– Chicken breasts – Almond flour – Italian seasonings – Garlic – Butter

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Generously season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper.

Combine almond flour,  1/4 C Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Dredge chicken in this mixture.

Place the chicken in a preheated skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and set aside.

While the chicken is cooking, dissolve the chicken bouillon cubes in 3/4 cup of hot water. Turn the skillet down to medium heat and add the butter and garlic cloves.
