Easy Cucumber Sweet Pepper Salad with Air Fried Salmon

This salad proves that healthy eating doesn’t have to be bland or boring.

INGREDIENTS

– Cucumber – Bell peppers – Ginger dressing – Bagel seasoning – Salmon

In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients together.

Brush each salmon filet  (on both sides) with olive oil and sprinkle them with salt.  Place them on parchment paper or aluminum foil and place them in your air fryer.

Cook at 390 degrees for 8–10 minutes. (Internal temperature should be 145 and the filet should flake easily with a fork.)

While the salmon is cooking. Slice the peppers and cucumbers and place them in a medium-sized bowl.

Add dressing, seasoning, and chili onion crunch and mix well.
