Easy Low Carb Cookie Skillet

INGREDIENTS

– Eggs – Almond flour  – Butter – Cream cheese – Chocolate chips

Prepare 1 batch of the neutral eating cookies, but don’t bake.

Optional, but recommended, is to chill cookie dough for 1 hour or overnight.

Fill a mini-cast iron or oven-safe skillet with cookie dough, leaving about ½ inch at the top.

Bake at 350° F for around 13 minutes until the top is turning golden.
