Everything Bagel Dip

Grab some low-carb chips or veggies, and dig in! We take all of the flavors of a cream cheese, everything bagel, and say goodbye to the bagel.


– Greek yogurt – Everything bagel seasoning – Lemon juice – Garlic – Salt and pepper

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.


Gradually add the everything bagel seasoning to the yogurt mixture, stirring as you go. Adjust the amount of seasoning to suit your taste preferences.


Taste the dip and season with salt and pepper as needed. Remember that the everything bagel seasoning may already contain salt, so adjust accordingly.


Cover the dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.


Before serving, you can garnish the dip with chopped fresh parsley for an extra burst of flavor and visual appeal.


It can be enjoyed with an assortment of vegetables or low carb seeded crackers.
