Healthy Dinner Rolls

Moist, soft, and airy on the inside. Buttery, crispy crust on the outside. Break them open to release the steam. Breathe in the comforting scent of fresh bread.

INGREDIENTS

– Butter – Eggs – Coconut Flour – Psyllium Husk Powder – Granular Sugar Replacement (Lakanto)

Combine the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl (we suggest a hand mixer).

Add the dry ingredients and continue mixing until the dough is thick and even.

Grease a baking dish. Use your hands to form 10 dinner rolls.

Bake for 35 minutes, or until golden.

Glaze with Melted Butter When the bread rolls come out of the oven, use a silicone brush to spread a butter glaze over your dinner rolls.
