Healthy Starbucks Egg Bites Copycat

Our homemade take on a fast food favorite. These Starbucks Egg Bites feature fluffy eggs, savory flavors, and a hint of smokiness. It’s a high-protein breakfast you can meal-prep.


– Eggs – Shredded cheddar – Bacon bits – Spinach leaves

Place a baking dish with 1" of water on the lower rack.


Blend the first 5 ingredients with pepper in a blender.


Place it in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.


Add mixture to  oil-sprayed muffin tins  (no lining). Bake for 25 minutes.


Meal Prep These egg bites cook quickly and store well, meaning they’re great to prepare in advance. Make an extra batch or two, and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
