Juicy Chicken Breast

Seared in a skillet and basted with butter, it’s an easy, family-friendly recipe that yields a surprisingly juicy chicken breast.

INGREDIENTS

– Chicken breast – Italian seasoning – Onion powder – Sour cream

Pat the chicken breasts dry.

If the breast is unevenly thick, pound it out until it is mostly even.

Season the chicken with seasonings.

Cover both sides with a layer of full-fat sour cream. I do about 3 tablespoons on both sides.

Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
