Low-carb 4-Ingredient Pancakes

Light and airy on the inside with a slight crispness on the outside, we say this recipe is even more satisfying than the classic pancake.

INGREDIENTS

– Cream cheese – Eggs – Granulated sugar – Vanilla extract

Put all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet. Blend until smooth.

Let rest for 2 minutes so the bubbles can settle.

Place skillet on the stove on medium heat.

Pour batter onto a hot greased pan.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden, flip and cook an additional 20 seconds or so.
