Low Carb Cookie Skillet

INGREDIENTS

– Eggs – Almond flour – Butter – Cream cheese

Prepare 1 batch of the Neutral Eating cookies, but don’t bake.

Optional, but recommended, chill cookie dough for 1 hour or overnight.

Fill mini cast iron, or oven-safe skillet, with cookie dough leaving about ½ inch at the top.

Bake at 350 F for around 13 minutes until the top is turning golden.

Serve as is or with a scoop of low-carb vanilla ice cream.
