No Sugar Chocolate Toffee

– Butter – Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips – Granular Sugar Replacement (Lakanto)

Add butter and sugar to a small pot.

Heat butter and sugar to 300 degrees F; turn burner to medium-low; add candy thermometer. Stir regularly.

Line an 8-by-13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

Remove the pot from heat when the thermometer reads 300 degrees F (hard crack).

Promptly pour into a lined baking dish.
