One Pan Creamy Lemon Pasta

This pasta recipe features a creamy, lemon cheese sauce. The lemon is refreshing. The cheese sauce is garlicky and well-seasoned.


– Butter – Heavy cream – Lemon juice – Parmesan – Edamame noodles

Mix everything together in a cooking pan, simmering on low for 15-20 minutes. Until all the cheese is melted.


Meanwhile, boil noodles for 5 minutes in a separate pan. Drain.


Then add it to the sauce and cook for the remaining 2-3 minutes, or you could cook all the noodles in the saucepan and simmer for 15-20 minutes.


If you choose to cook the noodles in the sauce itself, you may need to gradually add up to 1 cup of water to ensure proper cooking of the noodles with enough liquid.


Serve with a pinch of Parmesan, parsley, and lemon zest.
