Peanut Butter Overnight “Oats” Recipe

Overnight Oats are now low-carb. We combined the nutty crunch of hemp seeds with the gelatinous consistency of chia seeds to mimic that classic texture of overnight oats.


– Hemp seeds – Flax seeds – Chia seeds – Coconut flakes – Coconut Oil

Add Chia seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseed, peanut butter, almond milk, vanilla, and stevia to a bowl.


Divide chia mixture into two small containers.


Add chips and coconut oil in a small bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 30 minutes.


Mix and continue to melt in 30 second increments till chocolate is melted.



Add chocolate on top of each of the chia mixture containers.
