Pumpkin Crumble

It’s light yet creamy. Fluffy but also gooey. This Pumpkin Crumble captures the classic flavor of pumpkin pie and elevates it with a sweet, buttery crumble topping.

INGREDIENTS

– Pumpkin puree – Eggs – Heavy cream – Sweetener

Take butter out of the fridge. You need cool (not cold) butter for the Crumble Topping. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all Pumpkin Base ingredients in a mixing bowl (we suggest a hand mixer).

Pour Pumpkin Base into a greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. (we suggest an 8×8 glass baking dish).

Combine all Crumble Toppings in the same mixing bowl (we suggest using your hands).

Remove Pumpkin Base from the oven and add Crumble Topping.
