White Chicken Chili

The rich, velvety broth is punctuated by the sharp tang of mild salsa verde and diced jalapeños, while tender shreds of chicken breast and diced vegetables add a comforting heartiness to every spoonful.


– Chicken broth – Chicken breast – Heavy whipping cream – Jalapenos

Turn the crock on low and add all of the ingredients. Salt and pepper the chicken.


Cook for 8 hours. Remove the chicken and shred.


Stir the shredded chicken back in. Serve and top with avocado, tomatoes, and/or cheese.


Sprinkle 1 cup Parmesan and 1 cup mozzarella cheese into the bottom of the greased baking pan.


Shred Technique The key to shredding chicken in the crock pot is to be gentle. Grab two forks, stick one fork in the chicken, and lightly scratch the chicken with the other fork.
