1/4-1/2tspchili flakes(one could increase this to 1 tsp if they like things hot - i would suggest starting low and increasing as you taste for preference)
1tsp Chinese 5 spice
2tsp soy sauce or aminos
1tsp white rice vinegar
1/2tsp salt
¼tsp honey
Top with:
1-2tsp toasted sesame seedsoptional
1-2tsp crushed salted peanutsoptional
Instructions
Cook and prepare noodles per box.
Heat oil on a pan on low heat and add all ingredients minus the toppings above in it. Let heat and simmer very slightly for 5 min.
Pour oil mixture over cooked noodles and toss and top with toppings - enjoy!
