Cottage Cheese Ice Cream (Peanut Butter)

Ingredients
- 2 cups - cottage cheese full fat
- 4 - pitted dried dates
- 4 Tbsp - allulose
- 2 Tbsp - sugar-free maple syrup
- 4 Tbsp - smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp - vanilla
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a container and cover.
- Freeze at least 1-2 hours before serving.
