Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Zest 1 tsp of the lemon and then slice into rounds.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, and dill. Stir well to combine.
Place the salmon filets on the prepared baking sheet and season them with salt and black pepper to taste.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the salmon filets, making sure to coat them evenly.
Arrange the lemon slices on top of the salmon filets and scatter the veggies around the salmon on the baking sheet.
Drizzle some of the remaining garlic butter mixture over the asparagus and radishes. Season them with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
