Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of diced up rotisserie chicken or cooked chicken breast
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 ½ Tbsp of Franks hot sauce *for more heat add ½ Tbsp more
  • ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 Tbsp of diced jalapenos *for more heat add 1 Tbsp more

Instructions

  • Chop up your cooked chicken and jalapenos.
  • Add jalapenos and cream cheese to the skillet on low to medium heat.
  • Once melted add franks, pepper jack cheese and chicken - stir until well combined.
  • Place in an oven safe dish and broil on high for 3-5 minutes or until top is golden and slightly toasted.
  • Serve with your favorite veggies and breads. Enjoy!
