Preheat airfryer to 400 degrees F
Wash and cut your cauliflower and dry.
Mix seasonings in a bowl.
Toss cauliflower florets in melted butter then in seasoning mix.
Add to airfryer for 3-5 minutes until tender and toasted - air fryers vary greatly so check midway and adjust cooking time as needed.
Remove and toss in buffalo sauce and half of your cheese then place back in airfryer 3 minutes.
Remove, garnish and serve with ranch or blue cheese (*can omit for vegan, sub butter for vegetable oil)
