      1. Avoid overcrowding the basket

      For the best results, leave a little bit of space in between each cauliflower piece in the air fryer. This allows the air to circulate on all sides to make the cauliflower crisp. Work in batches if needed, or your buffalo cauliflower might become soggy. 

      2. Swap the buffalo sauce

      Not a fan of heat? Use your favorite sugar-free barbecue sauce, Ranch dressing, or another mild-flavored sauce in place of the buffalo sauce. 

      3. Make it a meal 

      Transform this snack into a complete meal by serving it alongside main courses like lemon pepper chicken wings, lemon garlic butter salmon, or juicy chicken breast

      4. Store leftovers for later

      Once cooled, you can transfer leftover cauliflower pieces to an airtight container. They will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. When you’re ready to eat, simply pop the pieces back in the air fryer for a few minutes to crisp back up! Add extra buffalo sauce as needed.

        Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

        Prep Time:5 minutes
        Cook Time:10 minutes


        • 1 head of cauliflower cut into 1-2 in florets
        • 3-5 Tbsp of melted salted butter**
        • 1 tsp garlic powder
        • 1 tsp paprika
        • ½ tsp pink himalayan salt
        • ¼ tsp pepper
        • cup freshly grated parmesan
        • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
        • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and additional parmesan optional


        • Preheat airfryer to 400 degrees F
        • Wash and cut your cauliflower and dry.
        • Mix seasonings in a bowl.
        • Toss cauliflower florets in melted butter then in seasoning mix.
        • Add to airfryer for 3-5 minutes until tender and toasted – air fryers vary greatly so check midway and adjust cooking time as needed.
        • Remove and toss in buffalo sauce and half of your cheese then place back in airfryer 3 minutes.
        • Remove, garnish and serve with ranch or blue cheese (*can omit for vegan, sub butter for vegetable oil)
