Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas

Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 bell peppers (1 Red, 1 Orange, 1 yellow)
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp cayenne
  • 1 lime

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees
  • Slice bell peppers and onions into 1/4 inch strips
  • Slice chicken breast into 1/4 inch strips
  • Combine chicken breast and sliced veggies in a medium bowl, toss with olive oil
  • Mix dry ingredients together to create the seasoning in a separate bowl
  • Pour the the dry seasoning onto the chicken and veggies and toss until well coated
  • Place seasoned chicken and veggies into air fryer basket
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes at 390 degrees (time varies depending on the air fryer so check halfway), shaking the basket halfway through
  • When finished, remove basket from airfryer and squeeze the juice of one lime on top of the chicken and veggies
  • Place cooked chicken and veggies into low carb tortillas or green leaf lettuce wraps
  • Garnish with toppings of your choosing. Some great additions would be: sour cream, cheese, lettuce, avocado, cilantro or salsa
