medium cucumber
cut in half

1 block cream cheese, softened

whole milk Greek yogurt or sour cream

teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
adds depth of flavor

garlic powder

teaspoon
onion powder
½
teaspoon
salt
adjust to taste

black pepper/lemon pepper

tablespoons
chopped green onions or chives
Instructions
In a food processor pulse together the cucumber until roughly chopped.
Next add in the cream cheese, yogurt/sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce and pulse to combine.
Gently fold in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
Enjoy with sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, celery, or keto-friendly crackers
