Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered erythritol or your preferred low-carb sweetener adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Dipping:

  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer or whisk to beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the Greek Yogurt or heavy whipping cream, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract.
  • Beat the mixture until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes. Adjust sweetness as needed.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and pair it with a platter of low-carb fruits and dippers.
  • (Optional): For best flavor and texture, refrigerate the dip for 15–20 minutes before serving.
