Low Carb Caprese Dip

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh mozzarella cut into small cubes
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • cup fresh basil leaves torn
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the cubed mozzarella and halved cherry tomatoes.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Add torn basil leaves, reserving some for garnish.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, toss gently to combine.
  • Let rest for 15 minutes at room temperature to allow flavors to meld.
  • Garnish with reserved basil and serve.
