Ingredients

fresh mozzarella
cut into small cubes

cherry tomatoes
halved
⅓
cup
fresh basil leaves
torn

extra virgin olive oil
1
Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the cubed mozzarella and halved cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Add torn basil leaves, reserving some for garnish.
Season with salt and black pepper, toss gently to combine.
Let rest for 15 minutes at room temperature to allow flavors to meld.
Garnish with reserved basil and serve.
