Heat skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles (about 5–7 minutes).
Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until the water has evaporated and the turkey is well-coated with seasoning (about 2–3 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Mix until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly in the bottom of a 8x8-inch serving dish or similar-sized dish.
Spread the cooled, seasoned turkey evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Spread salsa on top.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the salsa.
Add black olives as an additional layer.
Garnish with chopped cilantro.
(Optional) For best flavor, cover the dish and chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before serving.
Serve with low-carb tortilla chips, celery sticks, or bell pepper slices.
