Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
2 ½
cups
fresh chopped spinach
1
jar
13 ounces canned quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1
8 ounce cream cheese, cut into cubes
1
cup
of plain full fat Greek yogurt
1
cup
freshly grated Mozzarella cheese
½
cup
grated Asiago cheese
2
Tbsp
diced red onion
1
tsp
minced garlic
3
Tbsp
chopped water chestnuts
¼
tsp
black pepper
¼
tsp
salt
may increase up to ½ teaspoon per preference
Extra ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese for top
Top with everything bagel seasoning
optional
Instructions
Add all ingredients to your slow cooker (minus extra cheese and everything bagel seasoning).
Cook on low for 2 hours or until the cheese is completely melted.
Stir and season more as needed. This is more salt can be added per your preference.
Add the extra cheese on top and let cook on high for 20-30 more minutes. Then sprinkle the Everything Bagel seasoning on top if you would like.
Serve and enjoy.
