    What can I expect?

This creamy garlic chicken has the crisp exterior and juicy center of traditional breaded chicken. However, instead of being made with carb-heavy flour, the breading is made with almond flour and nutritious, whole food ingredients. As a result, you get the classic comfort food you love with a boost of flavor and healthy fats!

Then, we pair it with an irresistible homemade sauce. Every bit as creamy as store-bought or restaurant varieties, it comes together without the need for added sugar, preservatives, or artificial ingredients. Let’s take a look at the main ingredients:

      • Chicken breasts
      • Almond flour
      • Parmesan cheese
      • Heavy whipping cream

Chicken and almond flour are all natural, nutritious food sources. Use them to create a variety of healthy, flavorful recipes.

But what about Parmesan cheese? What about heavy whipping cream? Is dairy healthy?

Here’s what we know. Dairy is full of vitamins, minerals, protein, and natural fat energy. But if everyone consumed dairy all of the time, dairy farming would become abusive and unsustainable…

Let’s be mindful of our dairy intake. Buy dairy that comes from pasture raised cows and try to eat less.

Sugar is what makes food unhealthy.

Traditional creamy garlic chicken recipes are made with all-purpose flour and served over wheat pasta (starchy carbs), which digest very similarly to sugar.

Add ¼ cup of flour and a serving of pasta to this recipe, for a total of 56g of sugar, and you’re looking at heartburn with an energy crash. (And you’ll be scouring the pantry for your next sugar snack within the hour.)

Omit the flour and pasta, and this recipe becomes nourishment. The ingredients provide vitamins, minerals, protein, and quality, whole-food energy.

Oven Baked Creamy Garlic Chicken Dinner Recipe!

      1. Make it a complete meal

Make this recipe even more filling, and create a restaurant-worthy experience by serving it over low-carb noodles or creamy lemon pasta and adding a side like crispy zucchini chips, a lemon parmesan salad, or low carb dinner rolls.

      2. Store for later

If you have leftovers or want to make a big batch, transfer the chicken to an airtight container, and store it in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Then, when you’re ready to eat, warm it in a skillet over medium heat.

      3. Avoid light cream

Not only is light cream often made with unnecessary chemicals and additives, but it also dilutes the flavor and creates a thin, runny sauce. Go for pasture-raised heavy cream.

      4. Grate the cheese

For the best results, use a block of Parmesan, and grate it yourself. It will have a bolder flavor and melt more easily, creating the gooey consistency we want. Also know that pasture-raised cheeses always taste better (happy cows makes for tasty cheese).

      5. Have leftover chicken?

Freeze it for another day. Or, use it to make marry me chicken, air fryer chicken fajitas, chicken pot pie soup, or pesto chicken wraps to enjoy throughout the week!
